Why we started Growin
I built Growin because the small and mid-sized businesses I worked with kept hitting the same wall: they couldn't afford a serious agency retainer, DIY marketing wasn't moving the needle, and the lead-gen agencies they did try were all the same expensive-and-opaque box. So I built the engine instead.
The engine (GrowinAd, AI intake, and the GrowinDashboard) runs the marketing the way an agency would but without an agency's overhead. We dogfood it: Growin's own customer acquisition runs on the same engine we sell. The dashboard you'll log into is the dashboard we look at every morning.
The result is productised lead generation calibrated for Australian professional-services SMEs at prices that make the math obvious. One new client a year pays for the retainer. The engine, not a calendar of agency calls, does the work.
